When Checking Codes on OBD1 CEL just Remains LIT

95 Accord EX throwing constant CEL ON when PULLING Codes (jumping 2 pin connector). Does this Mean Code 0? Dead ECM?

If the key is on and the service connector is "jumped" and the light just stays on - no stored codes.

What issue are you having?

Thanks for you reply - Please see my POST regarding 95 Accord EX cutting out while driving. This is my issue.
