WIERD Locks problem, not acuator.
Well i have a 95 accord ex with power locks windows and sunroof. My drivers side door only locks when i pull the outside handle halfway and pull the lock up inside. or when i put the key in and unlock it. one thing i also noticed was that on the side of the door thatlocks the door to the car(where the acuator is) if i push/rotatethat part the lock works perfect but the door doesnt close. i took everything apart and i cant seem to pinpoint whats resisting it.it almlst feels as its reversed. like you know whwn u pull on the outside door handle the locks dont work until u release the door handle
