window rolls up and stops with 1 inch left

i have a 2000 accord ex with power windows and my drivers windows just stops with one inch left when i roll it up. I took it all apart and the track looks good so now i dont know where to go from here.

sounds like a bad regulator ..,, remove it and inspect it just to make sure

First I'd try alcohol cleaning the tracks with Q-tips and spraying silicone in them. Might work, might not but it takes 10 minutes vs. ripping into the door.

I vote for bad regulator, but trying the easy fix mentioned above before going the replacement route. Most likely the regulator though. Pretty easy fix on my Honda.
