What makes you think your engine was carboned up, and what makes you think you successfully got the carbon out?
FWIW, P132 is for your upstream O2 sensor. If you opt to replace it, do NOT buy a Bosch unit, buy Denso or OEM Honda sensors.

99 Honda Accord EX
My 99 Accord with a 4cyl. Does not accelerate more than 2000 rpm and it doesn't want to keep and idle and dies I changed upper intake manifold gasket and cleaned carbon out thinking that was the issue but now its worse I went and had codes read out and came bck with codes, P1382 ,P0108, P1519, P0141, P0401, P1456, I'm lost on what to do next I was thinking it may b the distributor, basically unsure.

For all those codes, Google is your friend.
At this point, I'm thinking your bestest [sic] and cheapest option would be to take it to a competent mechanic to sort out. Doing anything else will be a bunch of guess work which will entail throwing parts at the issues, and possibly making things even worse.

Like I said, throwing parts (a distributor in this case) at the problem in the *hopes* it will fix things is a very expensive way of fixing a car.
