1998 Honda Accord f23a1 turbo help!

Hi this is my first post here just made an account but I've been looking threw the threads for a while now. So I have 98 accord that I'm looking to boost. The head is fully rebuilt, ported... basically everything is new on the head (paid $2204... I know I ****ed up) and well my piston rings are staring to show their age since when it's under load a lot of blackish blue smoke comes from the exhaust pipe and even at idle it kinda smells like oil but no real smoke comes out! Well anyways I want to boost it since I already paid so much for the car that I'm probably never going to get back. So as of right now on my list I have OB2B to OBD1 jumper harness and a p28s300 tunable ecu (yes my car has vtec) CP forged pistons, rings and Race engineering h-beam billet rods. The turbo kit it self. AEM 25-106BK fuel rail, AEM 50-1000 high flow fuel pump. 400cc injectors from hamotorsports.com. AEM air/fuel gauge. Is that good?? And also I wanted to get some new bearings. I was thinking about some ACL Race Rod bearings .020" 4B1906H-.50... would those fit or should I keep the stock ones on?

And yes I'm buying a used engine from a jdm warehouse in Houston since my block has been threw some overheating ($350) yeah I know I could go h22 but I paid a lot for the rebuilt head and I don't want to just throw it away.. I'm wanting to atleast hit 300hp but around 250 would be fine too!
