Just got a 21 Accord ex-l trim and when I was looking around to get an exhaust I didn’t realize that the car doesn’t have the exhaust openings like the Sport trim does. Anyone have any suggestions on if I can add any exhaust or if I have to add tips to the exhaust and all it down?

 

Are you talking about the cut-out in the rear bumper-skin where the tailpipe becomes visible? Maybe that plastic skin can be cut, if you don't want to replace the whole thing with the Sport-trim part.
