F22B1 I am assuming. What you have now is technically a header- by design standards. It does pretty well compared to the f22b2 exhaust manifold.

If you upgrade you will most likely lose low end torque. I'm starting to mess around with this after having an ebay header for some time now.

Basically you can spend $300 and get a DC header. Theyr'e very nice. Pacesetter makes a good one and Megan seems like a good design. They take advantage of the entire RPM range but that means your peak HP is gonna be at or past the redline- not very useful for your daily driver mods. But try it out. You can get cheap ones if you're not sure what your expecting or the more expensive ones and move on the next thing.

Long and narrow runners make good torque over a broad range. Short and wide do the opposite. And always remember, wrap your header.

Agree with the DC Sport suggestion, had one on my '90 Accord. Noticeable gains, although mine was an LX and didn't have a factory cast iron header like the EX, and the quality is excellent.
