CAI or Exhaust First?

CAI or Exhaust First?
I was going to get a CAI for my Accord, but was thinking. Should I get Exhaust before getting the CAI?
I was thinking it might me smarter to get the Exhaust first, so it gives the CAI room to breath.

But have never heard of SRI!
