Header and Exhaust Suggestions

Hey guys, I am brand new to this forum today great find for sure. I am a owner of a accord ex coupe five speed 2002 with the v-tec 2.3 and i was looking into a full exhaust system to help the car breathe a little better. I am looking to spend around 1000 for everything. Any suggestions because i brandnew to the import world i have always ran domestics but i switch because this is way to much fun anymore. I have heard the coil is weak and i should think about upgrading is this true ?

First... Welcome to the forum....

Secondly... $1000 for the exhaust?

I,H,E.. a decent setup would run far less for a grand... But hey more money the better.:D

Not sure how much your coils run for... I have a 98.

I dont know about far less than a grand, good cat back is $500, header is $300, intake 2-3 hundred for a AEM or Injen or something

Agreed... But it is his preference... He can go the cheap(er) route and still get the bang for the buck.

An AEM short ram can be for for $110 shipped... coil... like ignition coil? They wear out, yes; weak, no. Not recommended to get an MSD or like ignition (since your from the domestic crowd), doesn't do much for a Honda.

I got an AEM cold air intake for my 99 two days ago and it was only $145 and $15 for shipping on eBay!
