i have a 94 accord ex 5 speed

my mods

aem short ram in take

2 1/4 cat back exhaust

i nead a new manifold.. should i buy the stock manifold againor get a

aftermarket one?

how muchhp can i get from a after market header?

 

Stock will give you more torque, aftermarket, better flow and wont bottle up the exhaust and intake benefits.
I had an OBX one, loved having it, took it off, and hate the oem one.

 

It'll give you about 2 hp or so in the top end. And it will make your engine bay look better.
It's all about personal preference.

 

not to mention the ((roar)) at upper RPM's

 

LOL ..... you mean the meow that you can't even hear over the ROAR of the intake?
