Intake, header, and exhaust opinions. Help?
 

I've got an 02 Accord LX. Currently I only have an AEM SRI in it. I've decided to spend the $350 and get an AEM Dual Chamber Intake. I'm also looking for headers but I do not know which brand would be best. If anyone could enlighten me on that topic, I would greatly appreciate it.
Also, I've decided to upgrade the exhaust. My plan with that is simply to have an exhaust shop cut off the pipe from the converter back(including the resonator if I can get away with it) and weld on a 2.5" or possibly a 3". I'm looking for a nice sounding muffler that has a deep tone but does not sound like a pissed off bee chasing after you with blood in it's eyes. I want a nice clean, deep, and rich sound that I can roll the windows down to and enjoy. Any pointers on which brand/muffler type I should check out? All suggestions and opinions are greatly appreciated.
