magnaflow cat = "high flow" cat?

It doesn't say anywhere that it is a High-Flow catalytic converter, which is better than OEM. I was just wondering if all of magnaflow's catalytic converters are high-flow. Is that one a high-flow cat? Is it any better than OEM?

actually i called magnaflow the other day and all direct fit are high flow. and i believe that universal are high flow too, but i didn't ask about them. so yes the direct fit are high flow.
