I don't know what the exact name of the system is so I can't find it online or eBay. Does anyone know simular exhuast that has the same settle...deep/warm sound as this one or even BETTER? I don't want those super loud...high pitched exhuast ones...too noisy and eye catchy...Thanks! |
RE: Thermal R&D Full Catback
Try Magnaflow Catback...they are pretty good.

RE: Thermal R&D Full Catback
heres a picture of basically what i have, the piping shown is for a prelude, but they didnt have a listing for any accord, but its the same resonator and muffler
http://thermalrd.com/pics/b117c117.jpg if youre looking for a mild sound what i have isnt what you should go for, but the basic sound is a deep rumble at lower rpms and go to a higher pitch as the rpms go up, but its no where near the civic buzz or gurgling of some exausts...... if i can get a sound clip of it i will try and post it, but i cant make any promises because for recording all i have is a pc mic and a minidisc player |
RE: Thermal R&D Full Catback
Yes...a deep rumble sound is best and if it can maintain that when its @ higher RPM...its excellent. This is a new video of what I like
http://videos.streetfire.net/search/...bd5f4e81e9.htm ...better than that civic shown. If these come in dual exhaust...thats gonna be sweet!!! because my car is a V6. Helping me out with the name and where to get the best deal would be nice. Thanks! |
RE: Thermal R&D Full Catback
thats actually closer to the sound of my exaust, but you have to keep in mind....... you have a v6........ if you ever get that car to sound like a civic does..... youve done something seriously wrong. And seeing as you have a v6 i cant give you a sound that represents the sound your car would make

RE: Thermal R&D Full Catback
Would anyone have a sound clip of a V6 Dual Exhaust that sounds deep/non-high pitched like the videoclip of the acura? Recommendations of types of exhausts that would sound just like that or better? Thanks
