Throttle Body compatibility?

So I'm decided to go with the option to put an F23 intake on my F22 since its relatively cheap. I found a great write up on how but they suggest using an h22 throttle body. Thats pretty expensive though- at least costs more than the manifold itself. So I wanna wait a bit before I buy it or bore another throttle body. Can I use my old F22 throttle body on the manifold? Or do I need an F23?

Thanks

f23 and f22 tb are the same size there is no upgrade between the two. Best bet for a upgrade is to bore out your stock tb and port match you manifold.

Ok. Well I was gonna use my old throttle body if I could until I could get around to buying an H22. I just dont wanna be stuck until I get one. Would it be cheaper to bore my old one or buy an H22 throttle body? Itd be bored to about 68 or 70mm right?

70mm will be too big if you don't have the suporting mods. you can bore your stock tb out to what ever size you want. go talk to a machine shop to see how much it will cost

Ok. Well what size would you recommend for these minor mods?
