hey man, you and I have almost the same car. I have a black honda just like yours with the blue underglow, and I as well am to poor to buy rims. Mine is a 98' however. I'll put some pics up of mine in the next day or so here. I can tell you a quick and easy way to hide those neon bars you got there as well.
