2015 EX-L with NAVi

Just bought wife a new accord. Any tips on care or tricks to get the most satisfaction out of the car. Trying to surprise her for Christmas, curious about anything that may help enjoy the car more. Thanks for this Forum :)

Merry Christmas New Member.. Welcome to the HAF. :)

I will post pics as soon as I figure out how to upload. I have a few questions concerning "break in." How should I drive the first few thousand miles? Also, there is basically no information on the CVT. Dealer said "S" is for sport mode. I am thinking more like a conventional second gear, Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Only thing I would do for "break in" is drive normal.....not too many full throttle starts.

Drive it like you plan to drive it everyday. If you get on the freeway, dont be afraid to get up to speed in it, todays cars are not near as sensitive to break in periods as cars were say 10-20 yrs ago. this is apples to oranges but,,,

when i fire up a new 362 cubic inch race motor, i run it for 20 minutes to break in the cam, turn it off, check for leaks, tighten valve covers , and let it eat,,enjoy your new ride
