Computer swap???

I was attempting to swap ECM the computers from a 2002 Honda Accord LX to a 2002 Honda Accord DX trying to find out the do's and don'ts before I do this I do have both ignitions from both vehicles and keys
I guess what I really need to know is if these two part numbers I'm fixing to post off of there two different computers are interchangeable and if they are what do I need to do I do have a foot brake code if needed.
2002 Honda Accord LX
37820-PAA-A54
1500-529542
This is the one coming out because it's bad. Above.

2002 Honda Accord DX
37820-PAB-A54
1502-401157

I just like somebody who knows a little bit more about Honda to maybe give me some insight on what I'm getting into here. Someone were telling me it ain't that bad it's like Plug & Play well if it was that type of a deal just plug it in and go I've been working for Honda

I believe it's plug and play since you have both ignitions (you'll have to swap to the one you're going to use, or at least tape the key it to the old one) to get past the immobilizer. About the only thing you really need to know about the "new" ECU is whether or not the DX had a VTEC engine or not (some DX's didn't get it (3 4 cylinder engines were offered in the 6th gen Accords)). I'm just pointing this out, as you might have a non-VTEC engine ECU, which will limit your LX engine's rpms to 3K (won't activate VTEC). I hope this helps.
