For the 6th-gen, the V-6 engine is on the opposite side of the engine-compartment vs. the 4-cyl. You'd have to swap the engine and trans both, and so many other things are different that it wouldn't make sense to do this. Some extra power with a lot of extra weight in the wrong end of the car.

People have done things to increase power in their 4-cyl (even turbo), but your weak link is the automatic transmission. This generation (1998-2002) automatic transmissions aren't known for being robust, especially with extra power.

Long story short, no, you cannot swap the V6 into your car without it costing you way more than buying a nice clean 1998 V6 Accord. Even if you did accomplish the swap, the odds of everything running correctly are pretty low.

If you want more power, sell your car and buy something designed from the factory to have more power.
