Trying to help a coworker with her car.
First off thanks for looking. I have a co worker that has to get a temp tag every two weeks. I though i might give her some help and this is what i found.
2001 Honda Accord
f23a4 (ULEV VTec)
185,000 miles
5 speed manual
Here are the following messages i received using my enhanced OEM setting on my scanner
H02S B2 S1 Heater Failure
02S S1 Heater Failure
A/F S1 Lean
Thermostat Range
02S A/F S1 Lean.
I am not sure what she has done to it yet. She loves the car as i presume most of you guys do too. I would hate to see her get rid of the car because of it.She has had multiple people reset the codes and they just come back. I told her yeah they will come back cause something is wrong. Its not a magic fix. hah. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to supply the codes (Pnnnn) that were present. Some info does not make sense. For instance, a 4 cylinder should not have a bank 2 code.
Heater failure is likely a faulty sensor, but could also be wiring, connector, or PCM. Testing necessary to be sure.
good luck
