First Oil Change
 
I have 3200 miles on 16 Accord. Should the first oil change be at 5,000 miles? Thanks

No, you should wait until the oil change interval indicator is at least at 85% used up mark. Honda uses special assembly lubes which wash into the oil and act as a special break-in additive; changing the oil early is strongly discouraged by Honda.

By saying, "85% used up mark" does that mean when the indicator is reading 15%?
