HELP 96 Honda Accord dx
 

Hey, I have a 96 Honda Accord dx. I am problems with my lights. My left turn signal is staying on but my right turn signal will work when I switch it on. When I put my hazard lights on it takes a minute but they left turn signal work then. My day time running lights and tail lights are staying on as well the left turn signal even when the lights are off and even when the car is off. I have checked the fusses and none are blown so I am at a loss and about to check and replace relays but if anyone has any advice or help please I can use it.
