Hello all!! I figured this would be my best bet to ask the questions I have and hoping I could help some other members at some point. This is for a 2013 Accord Coupe EX-L. I've recently been in an accident (June) where my hood dented toward the front (more on the driver's side, near the latch) and took my bumper out. Shop replaced the hood, the bumper, buffed the headlights and replaced a fog light. As luck would have it, the shop didn't do a great job. Hood rattled a bit (more towards the windshield) driving at high speeds (highway), didn't latch on the bumper on the passenger side (you could easily pull it out and notice no hole was made for a screw to be tightened into) and they ripped off the panel cover for the interior, passenger handle and didn't replace it upon pick up. Needless to say, most of those things were taken care of. Paint matches, which was another concern of mine. But, again, luck strikes... I've had to take my baby back to check the hood, they would adjust the bumpers, still had the problem, this time they adjusted the hood all round... it still sort of rattles (is this a thing, or is it just me being super meticulous??), but not as bad as before... but now, I need to replace the very same fog light that was replaced due to something having shattered the lens cover. Who knew it was made of glass?? I sure didn't. So now I'm shopping around, doing research on aftermarket, because a local dealership wants $80 for ONE light to be replaced. That's not even the entire assembly you could get from Spyder, for example (that includes the switch and housing panel) and that's a price for the pair from Spyder. Though I don't have the funds to throw around and get the best of the best, I still would like a decent quality. For those who may have had to replace their fog lights, did you get the whole assembly? If so, which manufacturer do you find to have great, quality products at affordable prices? Also, are the lenses also glass? I'm looking to grab a pair, because my other fog light is pitted and cannot be buffed out, likely due to the material being made of glass. I would, honestly, just replace the fog light lamp assembly. Providing links so you guys know what I'm talking about. Thanks for your help!!
