New to the Forum
 

Greetings, I'm new to this forum. Just inherited a 2009 Accord with 5000 miles on it. Great fan of forums as the best place to research a purchase is to visit a users forum and read what people like or dislike about a given product.

I find people who join a forum are more honest with their opinion as they already got past the "newness" of their purchase and aren't afraid to tell it like it is. In addition, you are dealing with people who have already rolled up their sleaves and probably experienced some quirks that might not be readily found elsewhere.

I'm the proud owner of a 2007 Civic which has been nothing but fun to drive and great on gas. I expect the Accord will provide me the same reliability once I figure out how to replace the stock headlight bulbs with Silverstar Ultras as my wife has bad night vision.

Not sure, but you might have to flex the plastic inner fender liner to make an opening so you can reach the bulb socket. Look for a small handful of those goofy plastic push-pin fasteners around the inside of the fender liner. Is that in the owner's manual?

Yes Jim, for the low beam lights the inner fender has to be pulled or pulled back to get to them :).....at least on the '08's
