New here, car might not last long...

Hey so I just bought this 95 accord ex for $100. It’s a 5 speed with 114k miles on her. I’m gonna buy a EBay turbo kit for it and see what happens. I may vlog about it or make a thread just in case anyone else is curious to see how long she lasts and what to expect out of those kits. Maybe i’ll End up building something legit out of it later? Idk. The body is **** but it runs really well so it’ll make an interesting little sleeper. As of now my Duramax blows the doors off it haha

If you are not sure when the timing belt was last done, I'd do that as well as "normal tune up" - cap. rotor, plugs (think/look at the plugs with the turbo in mind). Keep the boost to ~8 or so and I bet you will be surprised :).

There is a Mod currently stationed at the "north pole" that might be able to give better tips on the turbo set as he has been through that (? I think) in the past

The F22s actually love boost. 8.8:1 compression and steel sleeves.

As poorman said 8lbs would be a "reliable" amount of boost and make pretty decent power.

I never had a turbo, I should have, I ran nitrous in one though.

Also engine management, make sure you get a good tune or it won't last long at all.
