New Honda Accord driver/member

Yup, I sold my old 1979 Chevy Malibu and purchased a 1988 Honda DX from my son-in-law for a mear $600. Shifting into 3rd gear grinds a bit unless I let the RPM get below 2000RPM. Anyone have any ideas of what todo, email me at jr_sanford@yahoo.com

Sounds like an issue with the synchros.
