2004 V-6 has a timing belt, 2004 4-cyl has a chain. I just wasn't sure which engine you had.
Some Honda dealers seem to use the term "flush" when they actually do a drain/fill. But be careful that it isn't a power-flushing machine like some other shops might use.
And regardless of the capacity, always use the transmission dipstick to check the level after you're all done. (same with the engine oil)

I have an appointment with the dealer tomorrow morning for the timing belt and all the items recommended by @Shipo. As well as the new key, possibly two. Depends on incremental cost.
Side note I checked the cabin air filter today. It looked like the inside of a nasty vacuum cleaner bag. Gross. Obviously the previous owner didn’t know it had one. Or didn’t care. Good lord.

Heard back from dealer. They had the car all day and finished too late for me to pick up. Repairs were all completed and uneventful. They did me a solid and went over it with a bit more scrutiny since I explained it was for my son and his first car. The only issue they found that I didn’t was a broken rear motor mount. I think I’m going to try to tackle this one myself and save a few hundred. Now to scour the forum for a thread on this subject.

The mount is vacuum-operated to get soft when idling in-gear. So there's vacuum hoses & a solenoid to switch it. I think that's for both the front and rear mounts. So look for cracked/leaking vacuum hoses etc.
