Noob. Bought my mom an 08 Accord LX as a gift
 

Hi,

I just bought my mom a 2008 Accord LX as a belated christmas present. Silver with the dark interior. At some point I'm going to get nicer wheels for it, maybe get the oem wood kit. She is very happy with her new car! She had a crappy old Taurus they kept breaking down on her ($4500 in repairs for that POS one year!), so this was a nice surprise for her. I got a pretty decent deal too I think - $239 over the invoice. I'm sure the dealer is making more than $239 with holdbacks and stuff.

I have to say I'm very impressed with the amount of standard equipment on the base model. Even came with floor mats!
