Random plug wired in 1993 Honda accord
 

If anyone has any idea what this is it would be very appreciated. The red and brown wires frount and the blue and black are splayed into a black and white wire under the dash, and the white and green go to the other side of the black and white wire. I just bought this car and have no idea what it could be or do. Thank you
