Unfortunately the early f22's were never as popular with modifying as same year civics, integra's or preludes. That being said there are not too many complete turbo kits available, so you are usually better off having a custom kit made for you or doing it yourself. Either way there are several things that need to be answered first before getting any kit or parts. Those being: What sort of power gains are you looking for? what sort of driving do you want to do with the engine/car? do you want top end power or low end torque? intercooled? how much boost?

Also with any turbo application on an engine not originally designed for it, you'll also have to install/modify other components. Those can be but are not limited to things such as, larger injectors, better fuel pump, boost controller, redsigned intake and exhaust, different pistons, etc. Exactly what needs to be done is based on what you want the turbo to do.

I would just do an engine swap. H22 or something, that's where you will get the most power!

H22 swap is where you want to go if you are looking into all out power, simply since it is more tunable being DOHC and there are far more aftermarket parts. But you can still get a good 250hp or even 300hp from an f22a if you do it right. Although the swap from an f22 to an h22 is on of the easiest especially since the 90-93 accords engine bays are identical to preludes, there are still other considerations as well, which will cost you more money. So once again it's down to what you want and how much you want to spend.
