F22B2 non V-tec

Iwant to add a turbo and only boost my char about 5psi, is it possible to find supercharges that can do the same with less modifications? I am going to be installing new sleaves and rings but will be leaving the pistons and possibly the rods, should i replace the bearings? and should i do any headwork? new cam/ seals and are there roller rockers out there for the F22B2 to reduce friction and increase efficiancy? i also herd somone saying that you could bolt a new head onto the F22 block, how much work will be involved in that swap?

RE: F22B2 non V-tec

searchfor info on the G23 swap

G23=f22 or f23block + h22 or h23 head

Yeah i'd like to know the same. I was actually wondering the same exact thing. You'd probably have to get fuel management and all that. Theres a thread on here about some cat putting a turbo on his and he pieced it together. I say go for it. I plan on doing it this summer and seeing how it goes myself

I would just turbo it. Assuming your compression readings are ok, a stock F22B2 can handle about 6-8 psi.
