accord meet?
Let's do it January 6-7 2007 the first week of the new year. Meet at the GW FORUM and drive up Crenshaw to Sunset then Hollywood blvd. And drive the city. Or Irwindale Speedway. 50-100+ accords that would be a sight too see.... just like bike week (picture it)
If you are going to do it... which I think it would be sweet you should start e-mailing tuner mags and see who you can get to come in.... a few people need to get in contact with each other and start setting up meeting locations etc
Let's do it put me down for a contact.
But a local meeting or a phone conf. would need to take place a head of time, just to get everything organized and a head count. If only 10 people show up it would be a waste of time.
And if turner mags and/or sponsors get involved we would more than likely have to change the dates, even through it's two months away that might be short notice to them.

*ROFL* If it wasn't for the fact that I live in Montana I'd help out but there isn't much I can do from here sorry.... and Wheelbrokera is farther away than me.....drop a line to "Admin" (the side owners) and mention to them what you'd like to do and see what they think as well...
yeah, but lets get a count of how many people on this forum would like to attend the meet first
so far its me, SKHEMR, and kevin
so we got 3 attendances
hey, what is the purpose of the sponsors showing up?
do we get paid for starting this whole meet?

Here's what I would do.... First find a location and talk to whoever owns it about using it and what dates, once you have a location call some local shops and tell them what's going on and charge them a small fee to setup a stand (afterall you are bringing them a ton of potential clients), next brainstorm a few events and ask the local suppliers to put up small prizes (t'shirts and stuff) or just drop the events and structure it around viewing the cars, then move on to advertising.... it's a TON of work but I think it's dooable
