No, Integras use the B/D-series engines and completely different trannies. Why would you buy an automatic Integra?!?!!

Because the guy it is for does not know how to drive stick.

I really do notsee anything wrong with a sports type of car having a auto, it is nice they give you a choice for peoplethat can't learnor just simply prefer not to shift.

I'm just saying finding an automatic integra might be a challenge.

He was not looking for one but he took my Mother today to pick up a 05Odessey and saw this one, it isawful cheap coming from a dealer, I searched high and low to find a comparable one pertaining to the mileage and price and I can not even come close.

I can't recall the deal ($$ off asking price)they were going to give him, will have to ask himagain.

They do say they are replacing all the wheels on it because they were corroded, I just wonder if the wheels were stolen off it and this car ended up at a police compound or something then went up for auction but it really does not look bad at all.

Car fax says it had a minor hit of left rear, notice they do not reallyshow the left rear.

FYI, that link doesn't work, I hunted the car down though.

The car looks good inside and out, but I think $8k is way too much. I think the dealer is exploiting the fact that Integra's are popular cars to mod. It isn't even a stick.... so tell them to shove it.

I'd talk them down to $7000 or $6500 and request that the rear bumper cover get replaced or painted. There are 2 dark gray spots near the license plate.

I updated last post just saying they were going to sell it below the asking price.

Go look and see though what a 70K 00 integras go for, a LOT MORE then 8000.

Ah.. true. Well then a good deal I guess. I can only judge it by looks and mileage from here. Take it for a test drive and pay attention to how the tranny shifts, any brake warping/mushy pedal, engine shuddering/hesitation.

Most definitly because Shawn, the foster kid, knows NOTHING about cars !

It is also on ebay .........

HEY !!!!!!! this one (2 years newer)just came on, even though a bit more mileage and price, I'd rather have it then the other, FOR SURE !!!..........

One downer though with the 01, timing belt/water pump time and the dealer has no idea if it was done.

If only there was a law that inside the hood it MUST be marked that it was done, I run into this "problem" so often when looking at cars from dealers. [sm=smiley21.gif]
