yeah interior is pretty clean, exterior is minus the rust, so thats all I care about, no one sees under the engine bay lol. Thats what the CD7 is for.

yeah lol I did, I did that yesterday, and forgot to cause I didnt drive it afterwards, and didnt realize it till I put the pictures up. Whole shift lever/knob are coming out anyways(previous owner cut it, and didnt re thread it, and put some autozone/ebay shifter on).

word how much, and its threaded so I could use any normal shift knob?

It has a 10x1.5 thread on it, any Honda knob will fit including stock. I'll take a picture of it tonight when I'm at my moms... I don't know how different they are between gens...
