I trust you guys so I'm going to toss this out there for suggestions and discussion. After completing the top end rebuild on my 97 v6 24 valve accord, I decided it was finally time to address my head gasket on my 96 ford explorer v6 4.0 ohv and what turned out to be a head gasket change turned into

Thoughts about getting bare heads and using my old springs and valves, as long as they pass the spec test? |

Good idea to change riming chain cassette since its apart..its the death of the 4.0..
