I purchased a new 2008 Accord. The quality of the leather on the seats and the arm rest console is really, really bad. I brought the vehicle back to a dealer, and they said it was normal wear. When I mentioned that I had purchased an extended warranty, I was told that warranty did not kick in until the factory warranty ended, and that the warranty did not cover the seats. The only thing that applies from day one is your obligation to pay the extended warranty, that cannot be used until the factory warranty expires...meaning you are lead to purchase something that you cannot use...this looks like fraud to me. Bad practice Honda Dealer on Grand in Chicago.
