NYC to LA record broken
a Ferrari 550 just broke the previous record of 32 hours 51 minutes by almost a hour. He was bet $50,000 by a bull run competator that the record would never be beat in the modern era.

That's an average of 87MPH from one side of the nation to the other.... that's flat hauling butt.....especially if you consider that part of that time was spent fueling/peeing.... so their actual average has to be closer to 95MPH....
