Default Tire size
Currently running 205/60R16s, any issues in running 215/65R16 tire on 2004 Honda Accord Ex 4cly 16inch stock OEM rims.

Definitely the wrong tire size; the 216/65 R16s will be larger in diameter and cause your speedometer and odometer to under report (i.e. slower speed than actual and fewer logged miles than actual).
