Default Would this be an even trade?

I have a 94 Accord EX Sedan. VERY clean on the inside. two rust spots, one on each quarter panel, which I patched and primed (Still haven't painted) 154,000 miles, roughly. Auto tranny. F22b1. No head unit. All factory speakers. Car never wrecked. Clean title. Everything works.

Right now it's in my grandparent's names because I'm 17, but when I turn 18 they're putting it in my name. I want to trade it for:

A 94 or 95 Accord EX Coupe. No rust. 150,000 miles or less. Manual tranny. Clean inside. Clean title. Everything working, electronically. f22b1.

Reason being, I really like the looks of the coupes more than the sedans, I don't have kids nor would I have to drive people around a lot. And plus, I just want a standard, but I'm 17 so that's a given

I just wanna know that, if/when I find what I'm looking for, if either party would be getting ripped. I SERIOUSLY doubt I'd be ripping the other person, so I mostly wanna know if I'm ripping myself off by doing that.

Maybe go search for Edmunds DOT com and they have a program 'TMV' True Market Value.
Then you could compare the 2 cars.

Looked it up on KBB

Mine valued at $2300 in good condition and the coupe that I want valued at $2400 in excellent condition and $2100 in good condition.

You can get a standard tranny in a sedan as well... And either way its not ripping anyone off... Now trying to convince someone with a manual coupe to trade for an auto sedan will be a daunting task in and of itself...Your best bet will be to try and sell your accord, and look around and find a coupe of your choice to purchase...These cars hold their value very well, and you can always find a good deal on one...
