FS 1989 Honda Accord LXI Hatchback
 

I'm selling my baby, a 1989 Honda Accord LXI Hatchback. I bought it new in late 1988, and I really love it.

Standard 5 speed transmission, 264,997.5 miles, and I drove almost every one of those. The tires are pretty new (about a year old) and I have all the records for the past 8 or 9 years from my repair shop.

It currently is in the greater Boston, MA area, but lived for about 8 years in California, and I always had off street parking, so rust isn't as rampant as most Boston area cars. Yes, that is red duct tape over the rust spots in the pictures.

I believe it will pass Massachusetts inspection (it expired in December 2014). There is something amiss in the electrical system, the repair guy said it's about a $200 sensor that's needed, but my husband and I agreed that it's time we let my baby go.
