I have a set of used pistons and rods here from a '96 F22B2. 150k on them...

Not quite sure why you are looking for internals though. You can pick up a low mileage JDM long block shipped to your door from an importer. Have you tried your local junk yards?

christmas kinda took all my money.. i have 3 kids a 2yr daughter and 7month old twins(boy&girl) so i dont really have alot of money to do a jdm swap or anything fancy lol and since its my daily i would like to just get it running right for now
i live in a small town most of our junk yards just have trucks and minivans i havent had a chance to go to houston junk yards yet though
