I think I basically just need this part, but was hoping to find some used lights for cheaper than new ones. Alternately, if you have suggestions of where to find a decent price for new parts I would be open to that too.

So it looks like all you need is the lens..usually the whole tailight assembly is one piece..

 

Also , do you need both? or if you need one..which side...Driver or passenger?

Yes, that picture looks like what I need. I wasn't entirely sure if they sell the whole thing as one piece or not.

I was looking at Majestic Honda and they called that piece Lamp Unit, R + L. Part # 33501-SDN-A01 + 33551-SDN-A01

My problem is that the current tail lights are tinted with some kind of paint. I figured it would be easier just to replace them instead of trying to sand off the paint. (I got a fix-it ticket so I need both ).
