Coilovers offer the best drop, but it is also the most expensive. A spring/strut combo is your other option, but don't just throw lowering springs on stock shocks.

If there's no name stamped on them, they're probably generic ebay ones. I can't think of a popular name brand that doesn't stamp their name, Megan, OBX, DC, etc.
