You have an AUTO - doing the G23vtec swap is NOT in your best interest. It's going to lower your compression anyways, you won't see much of a gain if any.

Hp is relative to Tq....

All the horsepower in the world won't do you any good if you dont have any Tq to move the vehicle. There are more ways to get Hp than by just swapping in another motor....

H22 or H23 head on a...F23 or F22 block. It bolts together with ARP H23 headstuds.

Let's break it down....

F23 = 152 lb/ft TQ (crank/flywheel)
H22= 145 lb/ft TQ

F23 = 150 hp (crank/flywheel)
H22 = 190/200 hp
