Metal squeaking noise when turning right but not left

2007 Honda Accord LX

I'll preface this by saying I've been told I need new right ball bearings and a compliance bushing.

There's a metal rubbing metal noise that I could have swore was my breaks wore out but I checked last weekend and all breaks are fine. The sound happens when I turn right but not left and quits immediately when I turn the wheel just left of center.

I'm also hearing a duller rubbing noise or like a really weak horn sound when I turn right. My question is, do either of these noises sound like bearings, compliance bushings, or something new? The noise is really loud especially when I pass by a building and the sound reflects.

I tried to capture the sound with my phone and this is what I got I guess:

Please help asap so I can get this fixed.

Here is the output from my last Honda dealer visit which was like couple weeks ago. I didn't hear the noise at that time so I didn't think to ask them but it's gotten SO MUCH worse since it started just after that point.
Thank you!

Update: Replaced the upper control arm and noise is still there. Had my wife drive the car and it's coming from the rear driver side tire. I'm removing the tire today to check the brakes. Outside brake pads look fine, I'm assuming the inside one is wore out.

Update #2: It was my rear inside brake pad. Once I replaced that, both odd sounds were gone. This forum needs more activity.
