Honda Accord 2007 EX i4

Hey guys, im planning to do a retrofit on my car. I was wodering with a budget of $200, what is the best projector I can get? I was leaning towards TSX projectors but i've read somewhere that you'll lose alot of output. TL projectors suck and FX35 is the best. THat's what I READ so...yeah...I wanted to get the Q45 projectors, rocket style LOL but too expensive. Also, I have HID's plug n play right now, if i changed the bulbs would that be good enough for the retrofit, IF I DO GET ONE, or do i have to get a brand new HID RETROFIT COMPATIBLE one?. Sorry, Im a noob at this retrofitting thing.
