Default Living in Buffalo is an Adventure

My wife has been really nice, letting me park the Accord in the garage. As long as I shovel out the Caravan.

We got an entire season of snow in 36 hours.
I always hear the folks move out of Western NY because of the 8% sales tax. I say, no not really, it's the 6 months of Winter weather.

And another Caravan from a few years before that (notice the custom spoiler).

I'm not really happy right now, because we are scheduled for another 18-28" for Thursday. And my work is open so I have to work from home.

Maybe it's just me; I rather enjoy getting snowed in and working from home.

We got 3-4 inches here in Minnesota. I guess I'm thankful!

How long does it take the city to get back to normal!

Last year we got 15.5 inches on May 2, and 10 days latter we had 100 degrees. Just wait two weeks.

Win win for your wife! lol Whether your car or her car is in the garage, she gets to watch from the warmth of the house while you clear 6+ feet of snow! lol

We had about 4 feet of snow in one storm a couple years ago, it took me hours to snowblow out my neighbors and myself, then we waited over a day for the plows to get to our street. It was pretty funny looking, all the cleared driveways and sidewalks and 4 feet of snow down the middle of the street! lol

This is tonight. The cut path really still has 5-6 inches snow on the pavement,
I expect to be able to drive again Saturday at 1pm. I parked the Honda in the garage Monday at 730pm. Six days at home with a driving ban.
Yes this is the worst snowstorm in anybody's book by the way, We even have Colorado and Truckee California beat this time for most snow in 24 hrs,
