Have a front end alignment person take a look at your 3 motor mounts to see if they have cracked..that's a good as any place to start looking..

stand in front of the car and then get a friend to PLACE A PIECE OF WOOD ON TOP OF THE JACK and then gently lift the engine up a small amount and check the engine bearers start by looking at the one on the left , when driving you can hear it clonk a bit ,when going over rough surfaces or changing gear or deacelerating , if its a vibration check track rod ends ,ball joints , and there is always Eric the car guy on you tube he has some good vids , i just scan any and everything on the tube , as i have a 6 gen auto with tip shift ,its a love hate thing ,i love the performance and economy and the space but hate working on it ,but what do you do ? so i suppose its like a good looking woman its fun but can be expensive to run and give you a head ache !
good luck !
