1992 Accord LX 2.2 ( Sway bar adjustment ?'s)
Bought this car already lowered. It eats up tires really bad in the rear. Has aftermarket coil overs... Wanted to know if i can maybe drill a hole in the sway bar, (maybe?) and adjust it to the right degrees so the tires will wear even...?? Also i noticed while looking at the coil overs on the rear the spring is under the adjusting part of it, is that right ?? or is it suppose to be on top like the name says, coil over???

First, you'll have to know what the rear angles are (camber & toe). The sway bar doesn't really control those angles, so the adjustments would be in the suspension not on the sway bar.
As far as the spring being over or under the spring-seat, that's not what the term "coilover" is about. What brand are they? Someone familiar with those would have to say what's the correct way they should be assembled...
