Hello Member

Please do not cut springs, not a smart thing to do to your car...

a buddy of mine cut the springs on his car to save some $$, didnt look as clean as buying Lowering Springs, it was uneven, and the road noise drove him to just buy the lowering springs.

Hi Member:
Do us all a favour and put your Year, Make , Model, engine size, & 2 or 4dr model down in your signature area so everyone knows what your car is when you ask questions..

Thank You :)

do NOT cut your springs. The ride will be terrible. You cheap out on the suspension, it can lead to damage of other components. Save your money, do it right, do it one time. Springs, shocks and an alignment.

I guess EBK is not coming back to tell us that info I asked him for :(

if you think about it, cutting your springs would not save you money in the long run, look at all the potential damage that would happen. just save your money, and buy some cheap lowering springs.

It could kill you.

May as well buy some crappy $30 lowering springs on eBay...id trust those more.

i have cut springs on my accord. i got no camber nor is it doin any damage to my car. i have civic eibach rear springs and cut front stock springs. i took 2 coils off and it sits pritty nicely. i have a smooth ride and no rubbing etc.

don't due it, your ride will be very bouncy and not worth it, you will need better shocks and if you want lower just get a coilover kit with a full sleeve shock and your good.
