Has anyone installed KYB GR2's- missing OEM strut fork collar?
 

Bought new GR2's for my 2004 EX-L 6cyl 6-speed from Rockauto. They do not match the OEM. Specifically it does not have the collar (Thrust plate?) that sits on the strut fork. Is this just to orient the strut and just the pinch bolt is sufficient or did I get bad parts?
I already rebuilt one strut assembly but am now concerned either KYB or RockAuto screwed up my order because other struts on rockauto website show this collar, only the KYB doesnt have it....
Has anyone installed these?

i just pulled some off my 04 accord that were put on by Midas and they did not have the collar
